Mr. Marino is an internationally recognized national security expert, news contributor, strategic advisor, and bestselling author. A former executive with the United States Secret Service (USSS) and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, he serves on security panels around the world to share his expertise and is a regular contributor to major cable news networks.

Mr. Marino served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the USSS under three Presidents, where he ensured individual and family safety across various locations and while in-transit. He also led a 1,300-member Electronic Crimes Task Force to effectively investigate complex financial and cyber-crimes for the USSS in partnership with private sector and law enforcement partners.

Nikki Rutman

Managing Partner - Global Intelligence

Ms. Rutman has over 20 years of experience in the US Intelligence Community (USIC). Much of her time was spent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where she has experience building and growing intelligence programs as well as writing and briefing intelligence products. She previously worked for the Director of National Intelligence as an Adviser on Terrorism to a Mission Manager and as a counterintelligence analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency. In the private sector, she built the intelligence program at Moderna, a pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Ashlyn Kalaher

Ms. Kalaher brings over a decade of experience in intelligence analysis, strategic security, and risk management. A former FBI Tactical Intelligence Analyst, she supported complex investigations through targeted intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination that informed critical operational decisions. Moving to the private sector, she has paired her intelligence background with strong business acumen to drive growth and operational performance. As a regional director, at a security and intelligence consulting firm, she oversaw a multi-million-dollar New England portfolio, she led business development efforts, strengthened client partnerships, and advised organizations facing complex risk environments. She managed high-performing, embedded teams and delivered tailored security and investigative solutions aligned with evolving client needs.

Claire Moravec

Ms. Moravec brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of intelligence, technology, and public safety. A former FBI intelligence and operations leader, she was a founding member of the Bureau's Social Media Exploitation (SOMEX) team and was awarded the FBI Medal of Excellence for leading digital threat disruption efforts targeting nation-state actors. In the private sector, Claire served as Senior Manager of Response Operations at Snap Inc. (Snapchat), overseeing high-risk incident response and large-scale user protection initiatives. She has also held senior homeland security leadership roles for the State of Illinois, supporting targeted violence prevention and major public safety operations.

Laura Hughes

Ms. Hughes is a seasoned protective operations executive and former United States Secret Service Special Agent with more than 25 years of experience safeguarding senior leaders, high-profile events, and complex global operations. She specializes in executive protection, crisis response, advance planning, residential and venue security, and executive travel risk management, delivering tailored solutions for high-visibility principals and family office environments. Ms. Hughes has led protective operations across the United States and in more than 25 countries, supporting major events such as the Democratic National Convention, United Nations General Assembly, and the Beijing Olympics. She is also a nationally accredited federal instructor, having trained and supervised thousands of agents and officers at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, with expertise in close protection, medical response, firearms, surveillance, and anti-money laundering.
