Terms of Use

Effective Date: 22 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.sentinel.security (the “Site”), operated by Sentinel Security Solutions II LLC (“Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about Sentinel's security consulting services, thought leadership content, and materials such as case studies and threat-intelligence briefs. Some content is available only after you submit a form (for example, the gate form used to unlock a case study). Use of the Site does not itself create a client, consulting, or advisory relationship between you and Sentinel — that requires a separate signed engagement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including circumventing rate-limiting or abuse-prevention measures;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through contact or gate forms, or submit content on behalf of someone else without authorization;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, or otherwise restrict access to protect the Site from abuse (as described in our Privacy Policy).

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, threat-intelligence briefs, case studies, and video — are owned by Sentinel or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

4. Your Submissions

When you submit information through the contact form or the gate form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Sentinel the right to use that information consistent with our Privacy Policy, including storing it in our CRM and using it to respond to your inquiry or provide requested materials.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may include content hosted or embedded by third parties, including video hosted through Sanity, YouTube, or Vimeo, and links to third-party websites. Where a video is embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, loading it (which you control via the on-page “Load video” prompt) is subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy practices, not ours. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, third-party content, sites, or services, and linking to or embedding them isn't an endorsement.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including thought-leadership articles, threat-intelligence briefs, and similar materials — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for, and should not be relied on as, specific security, legal, or professional advice tailored to your organization's circumstances. Specific advice is only provided under a separate signed engagement with Sentinel.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sentinel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina in the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
